Why do I need to send the item to Matos before it goes online?
To the buyer, Matos is the seller: every item is physically inspected to guarantee it matches the listing. That guarantee is what makes cash on delivery possible, and what sells.
Does my item stay at Matos?
Your choice. You can leave it in storage (shipped immediately when sold) or take it back after inspection: if it sells, you then have 48 h to hand it over to Matos.
What happens if I don’t hand over the item in time?
The sale is cancelled and the customer refunded. Repeated delays lead to suspension of the seller account, as per the terms of use.
Who sets the price?
You suggest a price. The Matos team reviews it against the market and the item’s actual condition, and may suggest an adjustment you are free to accept or decline.
When and how do I get paid?
7 days after delivery to the customer (withdrawal period), your earnings become available. Request the transfer from your space: CCP, BaridiMob, bank transfer or cash at the reception desk.
What does Matos certification add?
Full workshop tests, a grade (A+ to C), a report published on the listing, the “Matos certified” badge and a 30-day Matos warranty for the buyer.
