The journey of a sold item

  1. Order: you order online; MATOS confirms by phone.
  2. Hand-over to MATOS: if the item stayed with the seller, they have 48 h to hand it to MATOS. Items “In stock at MATOS” go straight to the next step.
  3. Check: MATOS checks that the item is the one that was inspected (serial number, seal, condition).
  4. Shipping: MATOS ships with its usual carrier to all 69 wilayas, to your home or a pick-up point.

Indicative times

  • Item in stock at MATOS: 1 to 5 business days.
  • Item with the seller: 3 to 7 business days.
